I would suggest t you listen to the reference mix the band provided. RE: Still Flyin MIX - EnjoyTheNoize - 16-11-2016 Thanks for your commnet. Don't know how I couldn't figure it out I have rendered second version. RE: Still Flyin MIX - Blitzzz - 16-11-2016 Shul already answered this: Just listen to the reference mix. RE: Still Flyin MIX - Shul - 17-11-2016 At 0:52 the leads are still out of place Left solo at 2:00 is out of place Right solo at 2:09 is out of place A solo in the left at 2:28 is burried in the back and also out of place Scream solo in 2:29 is out of place Apart from all of those things *Bass is almost gone from the mix. It's really burried in the back of everything. *3:13 you have several snare hits missing. Check your triggers. *Snare reverb you put on is really bright. I would suggest a normal long hall for the snare in a separate buss.. right there it sounds like you have the reverb in the same channel strip. That's not bad but you are using too much of it. *Vocals overall are good sounding but the volume is too loud for a post hardcore song. Also they sound really dry. especially some back vocals. Overall needs more work but Really just listen to the Reference mix in the page so you can correct the time misplacing of lead guitars. From there on you can listen to any other post hardcore band of your choice to aid you with the balancing. You are on the right track though. |
