Hi,
This is the first time for me to submit a mix and I am pretty excited about it.
The Mix Story:
I tried to keep the overall sound open and dynamic. The Snare was actually not processed at all and got this wonderful punch from the Drums Group Compression only.
Bassdrum and Bass were a bit of a pain so I decided to plug in an Amp modeller. Additionally I added some distortion to the Bass sound using a parallel channel and a pre fade AUX to feed it. That gave me some "bite" to the bass and I got it nicely through the mix ... I think
