Lost My Way - k14studios - 04-04-2016
This was a difficult mix to get energy out of. I used sidechain distortion on the drums and an 1176 on the main instrument bus to build some. I also automated the dynamics during mixdown to enhance the buildups. I ended up mixing this one pretty dry. Used the Wave H-Reverb plugin for the first time but very subtlely. The delay was sidechained to a compressor for the vocals. Let me know what you think.
