Freddy V: Not Alone (Robert's Mix) - Robert - 25-01-2016 Great song with nicely recorded tracks too. All comments welcome RE: Freddy V: Not Alone (Robert's Mix) - thedon - 28-01-2016 Hi Robert , Nice Warm balanced sounding mix. I like the full sounding guitar intro ,i found a big challenge is when the music comes in the low frequencies are competing for some space ,especially with the bass guitar, which sounds a touch upfront around the 90-100 hz area and maybe overpowering the kick ,Not sure if a little eq dip on the bass in that area could give the kick more definition and punch also, as they could be competing for space ? Just some thoughts while listening on HD 600 headphones at the moment. Good job ! RE: Freddy V: Not Alone (Robert's Mix) - Robert - 01-02-2016 Thanks, Don. I'm going to look at the low end again. I wasn't happy with that kick either, so I'm glad you picked up on that too..... I thought it was just me. RE: Freddy V: Not Alone (Robert's Mix) - Mixinthecloud - 02-03-2016 I'm hearing some unattractiveness with the reverb on the drums when compressed in the mastering. I think that covers up an otherwise very nice mix.
