The bass anchors the track, the vocals lay in their pocket, and the snare drum keeps its backbeat... the reverb on his voice could use a .5-1.0dB cut IMO, but still it sounds damn good. Nice work getting the hats to sit down! I used a deesser for the job....what did you do? Best treatment of the BGV I've heard yet. Nice work man, I'd love to read more about your workflow here. -Jim |
