Bach - Allen B - 04-07-2015

Angel
Hello again mixing website peeps.

Do listen. I just uploaded so I could see what it sounded like on the site next to the other folks's mixes. I did leave the throat clearing and the harsh T sound or glitch or whatever on the first line of vocals. I'm considereing this a work in process. Well, I started off by doubling a couple tracks and experimented with some parallel comp. and expanding to see what happened. Then I tried some eqing. I ended up not using the low strings track or whatever it was called. put some verb on vocals folder and a couple other tracks that were already pretty low. On master track have exiter, mastering plug in, and a limiter.
On listening to the uploaded mp3 I feel some of the verb is too long and the uptight guitar strumming or whatever is too loud and out front and pompous.
