Long time music fan....Rock, blues, soul, punk, new wave, alt rock, 2-tone ska ... some reggae ... lots of singer songwriter stuff ... and dare I say country (Johnny Cash/Don Williams)...are my main influences. Generally into guitar based stuff but love some genres of pop and dance music too. Not really into metal or prog rock - but learning to mix all genres is a great experience and helps me appreciate music I wouldn't ordinarily listen to.
Enthusiastic if slightly agricultural guitarist....more arthritic Keith Richards than the Jimmy Page I'd imagined myself to be. Began writing and recording my own material.....studied audio engineering to improve my recording....and fell in love with mixing
