Most challenging part: the de-essing the lead vocals (which I'm still not 100% happy with) & isolating and trying to get rid of the honky resonant frequencies in the main vocal which were much more present in the verses than in the choruses. Enjoyed playing spatial & time effects to produce really massively wide choruses and keeping the verses a bit more up the middle. Mixed using Cubase 11 Pro and mostly stock or free plugins. Great practice track, thank you for sharing!
