This is my first Mix in Logic Pro X, usually i use Ableton. Tried to keep it chill on the Master Bus to keep the dynamics, mixed in one evening/night with Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro. Primarily used stock plugins. Let me know what you think!
I think this is quite a nice mix. You have managed to keep it sounding natural, which I think is important for bluegrass.
The reverb/delay on the lead vocals doesn't really fit to my ears and it doesn't sound like the singer is in the same space the other musicians. Maybe just dial it back a bit. I think the lead vocals could be a bit brighter to push them to the front of the mix. The overall tone sounds a bit boxy and midrangy to me. It sounds like the whole mix is ducking during the vocal phrases, so I think you could take it even more chill on the mixbus. The bass could be a bit louder, especially during the chorus.
Overall, your mix works and lets this nice live performance shine. Seems like Logic Pro is working for you
