I tried to keep the confusion in all the tracks but sort of tame it a bit. There are a lot of pieces to this one.
Can someone tell me if the Kick is to loud?
Hi DctrRoss it is pop and its usually has upfront kick and bass,it could just be the attack of the kick?not a bad mix though.

You're right, I pulled back the click on the kick, took some highend off the snare. tried to warm up the vocals a bit and pulled them way back.
You could more stabilize, dynamically, individual elements in the mix and just a little bit work on frequency masking like piano, lead vocal, but all in all a decent mix. 
i think the second mix is more balanced, kick was klicky and loud, easy listening nothing bothered me just missed a bit of backing vocals...rly good mix
