Hi Jacques,

I like your work with the arrangement here. Nice idea and very effective. I do miss a bit of warmth and the vocals could need a bit more de-essing, especially during the first verse. But it is a very transparent mix, so well done.

Cheers

I think you have a very good mix here. I might bring the overhead level down just a touch.

Nice mix Jacques.
During the solo bass you could cut some low frequencies from the backing vocals so it would be more clear this solo. You can also try to low the volume of the overheads because the hihat hits me in the eyeTongue
and take care some noises especially at the first second of the song.
Peace!!!

Hi!
Good job!! I like it.
To me, the vocals could have a little more warmth (250 Hz maybe) and brilliance (above 8 kHz maybe) which can be achieved in a controlled manner by a multibandcompressor. This way, they would also move to the front a bit.
The Kick drum has a tiny bit too much "kick" (Attack) to my ears - a bit to much compression with long attack time mybe?
Of course, these are just opinions of mine - I am still learning as everyone here is, I suppose.
Good sound on the bass! Missed that on my own mix, i think Wink
Best regards!
