Pretty challenging mix. Getting the quality of the guitar to come off as edgy but not harsh is really difficult. Lot of stuff to sort through in the midrange. Hi-Hat bleed is a issue for me as always (Sonnox please sponsor me). The tom-tom section was the most difficult for me. Does anyone know how to make those sections sound good? I feel like you either thin out the tom so you can hear the rhythm in the high end but lose the low end, or you have a rhythmless rumble of tom sound.
