Liked the song so I mixed it. Need to figure out how to open up mixes a little more. Just feels like its holding back or something, unsure.

I think your drums are a bit boomy. Maybe you didn't high pass the overheads or room?
It sounds like there may be some phasing issues, or did you add a flanger?
I think the guitars could generally do with a bit of cutting around the 300hz - 500hz, and some boosting in the high mids or top.
