Welcome Make The Noise.
Here's what jumps out me:
• It's fairly bright. This is a song that has a lot going on and if it's too bright it gets fatiguing quickly. I had to turn it down to really assess what's going on and the last thing anyone wants is for someone to turn down the song.
• The opening lead guitar has a lot of the "Uhs" of the tapping standing out. Its a honking sound. I can't think of a better way of putting it.
• The vocals might be a little loud
• The snare in the bridge is loud and might be a little dated sounding.
It's not far off. I think if you can get the overall tone to be warmer and easier to listen to I think start to be headed in the right direction.

Tack" - "Tack" - "Tack" - "Tack" - you should really get rid of that awkward tapping noise in the intro =)

MTN I like the consistency of the vocals, nice balanced I think. Although I also hear the mix too bright, it lacks of a little low end. both kick and snare sound thin, and I would only raise a Hall or a delay on vocals, make them bigger.
