So I hear some things that could use improvement (more compression on the backing vocals, a few level problems, some places where I'd tweak the EQ, other similar sorts of things) but overall this is a decent mix. Nice job.

I'd tweak the EQ, other similar sorts of things? not telling me much .
Where are the level problems? Why do you think the bv need more compression ?
