Here's my unmastered mix for Freddy V ... The vocals were beautiful... Thank you.. Loved every second while mixing this song... Smile Smile Smile

Update V3 : Hi hats volume lowered, Bass sounding less prominent... Vocals fattened a bit, Snare reverb lessened, Toms volume lowered, OH decompressed.

Thanks to all those who helped me work through this mix by their feedbacks... Smile Smile You guys were of great help.. Smile

Update V6: Eq and lowered the hihats from guitar bleed ...
I like your mix ,just the Hi Hat is jumping out of the mix around 5-12 k area on my headphones.
Good Job Big Grin

Listening again on monitors (ns10's ) and headphones Yes the I agree the snare does sound big ,may have too much attack and reverb in the low frequencies Big Grin
Thanx a lot buddy... will work on the issues today and upload the new version soon... Smile
Hey Raghav, you're on your way to a good mix here. My suggestions would be bring the hi-hat down, reduce the tail of the snare reverb. The vocals are a bit thin for my liking and sound quite distant too. The note definition on the bass guitar is getting a bit lost and sounds a bit too scooped. I think you've made some good balance decisions overall though, keep up the good work.

You were absolutely correct... I boosted some 10k on the hihats unknowingly... Seemed ok then but the limiter made it worse.. Thanks.. Please check the new mix tweaks ... thank you so much.. Smile
Hey!! Nice overall sound!! The only minor thing might be the OH. It seems like they are distorted. Maybe you have compressed them very much. Apart from that, the OH are also too bright too my taste. Do you have cut the low end of the OH? Finally as all say above the High-hat is a little too loud. Generally speaking great job! Smile
