This was the hardest mix i've ever attempted please give me advice i am an advanced mixer but this mix is still diffiuclt its a bit like a badly recorded foo fighters song
Hi Andrew,
I think you messed something up while exporting, keep an eye on that.
In my opinion you're overcompressing and distorting the whole thing, it sounds mushy and not really well balanced. But you got a really decent sound out of the snare!
What are you using for mixing in terms of reference speakers or headphones?
Greets

I used a bose soundlink wirelless to mix this i didn't have anything else to mix it at the time with :p
Okay, I get your problem.. but still, hi-fi-systems tend to cover mixing mistakes, that's what they are made for, so you'll miss a lot if you mix with them.
Try mixing over headphones you're used to, listen to your mixes in a car hi-fi-system and various systems before releasing them and you'll get a way better balance and EQ-ing Smile
