Hi,

the acoustic guitar during the intro sounds a bit distant, could be a touch dryer to my ears. The chorus could need a bit more impact, the lead guitar on the other hand could be lower in the mix.

Having said this, the overall balance seems ok to me.

I think the acoustic is very harsh sounding and also low in the mix an the guitar is a bit high but overall not bad to me,
i think the vocal could sit a bit more in the mix too for me it just grates on your ears a bit
