I really liked the deep sounding kick drum at the beginning and trough the song (40-42 Hz), did you put some sine wave frequencies underneath it?
Mix sounds very warm but I can hear some distortion due to some overlapping frequencies in the range from around 80 to 400 Hz.
Panning could be wider but for jazz it's not about effects but the feeling of being in the same room with musicians.
Good levelling of individual instruments, too much content in the infra-sound range but it can give some realistic quality to the mix if played trough good full range speakers (3 way or subwoofer) with sealed enclosure, on the other hand can ad too much distortion when played trough speakers containing single driver only.
