Slow Down RJMIX
#1
Hi!

Fun, funky track to mix!

Mixing was quite straightforward with minor EQ corrections en compression.

Cheers!

Very good mix. Nice vocal sound and it sits just above the mix nice and clean.
I am hearing the toms coming out a little too forward in parts. Overall though nice balance with the exception of the toms.

I miss the snap or pop that I went for on my snare.

It would be funny if someone would split the differences between both mixes.
They might have something there.

Great job.

Really like this one, it's punchy but in a natural way, nothing hyped and I could imagine a live DVD release with this kind of sound.
Great job!

Thanks!
That was exactly the kind of sound I was aiming at: A DVD live-feel, but not too much..

Cheers!

Very good! Sounds just the way it should sound.

Only the hi-hat level feels to me slightly disturbing. Otherwise nothing to complain.
