You need to bring that bass guitar down a few floors, I think. Possibly the kick drum as well but I couldn't hear much of the kick over the bass so it is likely pretty close.

Towards the end, I'd bring up that lead guitar a bit more.

I like the movement on the acoustic. It's a nice touch.

Generally, I think this is a really good mix. All it seems to lack to my admitedly inexperienced ear is really just a bit of rebalancing.
