The English Actor (The I got a big bass drum and I'm gonna use it mix)

I like this track.

I replaced the kick with a programmed one and added a high hat for the chorus because it fit in with the club mix feel I was going for. I got a big bass drum and I'm gonna use it!

The kick might be a bit heavy but I haven't listened on another system. Sounds great on headphones though!

There are some bits missing from the bass guitar track. Rather than leave it cutting out, I chopped it up a bit to fill in the gaps.

I experimented with subtle Neptune autotune on the vocals. Not sure if I am using it right yet. More practice I guess

FXOjafar, you and I think alike!! We both looked at this song as more of a club song. I really like your version, and I LOVE THAT BIG KICK. Very creative stuff in there....very cool. See my comment about my mix on my post where you left a comment.
