MIX NOTES
- On Vocal and Bass tracks I used Ozone Rebalance to better isolate from the bleed elements
- First on each track applied limiting compression to knock down only the loudest peaks
- Then EQ'ed out muddiness/resonances and increase Line gain (API Vision Channel Strip) to makeup gain before going into next round of compression
- Next round of compression is regular (2:1 or 4:1 ratio)
- "Left" and "Right" tracks also used multiband compression just for the highest frequency notes
- Used some tape saturation on Vocals and send aux to a mid-band exciter (very little)
