MIX NOTES
- I've been enjoying these minimal acoustic tracks as fundamental mix exercises for EQ, dimension, and decision making
- Used only SaxCloseMic2, SaxFarMic1, AcousticGtrCloseMics, and AcousticGtrFarMics tracks
- SaxCloseMic2 = Center
- SaxFarMic1 = Right 75
- AcousticGtrCloseMic = Center (L75 R75 reduced width)
- AcousticGtrFarMics = L75 (Left Side of Stereo Track only)
- EQ'ed SaxCloseMic and AcousticGtrCloseMics separately but while playing as a pair
- Copied EQ to panned tracks with inversed boosts (boosts become light cuts) as wide support
- Soft-clipping on the super loud knocks coming from AcousticGtr tracks (learned from one of Mike's podcasts!). Also dynamic EQ at 1.4khz to further remove the knock
- Doubler and Delay send fx on main Sax track
- Mono delay panned R75 for main AcousticGtr track
- Reverb chamber send fx on main Sax and AcousticGtr tracks
