Catching Up - Olli H

Thanks
With these Cambridge multitracks I’m almost always testing or practising some new ideas, or things that I consider to be my biggest weaknesses. With this mix I was testing benefits and shortcomings of Haas-effect. (Metallurgist mentioned it in some thread. Thanks for the tip). I used it quite strongly in this mix. Previously I have used it only as shoftly blended effect. It creates quite modern and interesting sounding stereo field, but on the other hand there’s easily some mono compatibility issues. Also it was quite difficult to blend haas-effect instruments with normally panned instruments. But still it's a trick that's very worthy to study and use here and there.
