[The Garbage Basterds]

We did this project as a project for our audio production program in a whatever you want to do lab, so naturally we picked this rokkin' shred fest of a song. We mixed it in 5.1 surround and did a lot of totally radical panning things. A lot of hardware was also used on this, Delta Labs Effectrons out the ass and the ever awesome EL8X Distressor along with other in the box effects. We also added some things like evil laughter, pinch harmonics, and dive bombs (which it was badly in need of imo). So we got the 5.1 mix down and then bounced our stems and then did a left total/right total mix so it's in stereo but with headphones on it gives a good emulation of what the 5.1 mix sounded like but still sounds bad radical through monitors.
