Listened only on my Sennheisers at this point. What immediately stood out to me is your mix's great vocal clarity and transparency.
Nit picking here...I personally think the kick is a bit sub-freq heavy and I would like the instrument/vocal level balance a little closer together.

Yamaha HS80M/HS10W through a Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 or
Sennheiser HD600 or HyperX Alpha headphones
all with and optionally without Sonarworks software.

Hello Drummer Craig and thanks for giving this a listen. I am flying on instruments a bit here with respect to that low range. Need to spring for the sub-woofer and tune the room so I can accurately hear (and feel) the thunder.  

I probably lean towards having the vocals out front a bit too ;-)
