bullet points herewith. if you'd like more detail, hit me ;)

- the low end is ugly and needs refining. booooom galore on bass guitar and djembe especially. solutions for this depends on what you did here to make it boom.

- i recommend you keep the bass levels much lower on elements you pan away from the center. a good way to think is that the brighter the instrument, the more you pan it away from center as a rough rule.

- the shaker and tambourine are too close to me, you need to send them back in the mix, at least behind the lead vocal, i'd say.

- 130kbps m4a isn't high enough resolution...for the big guns ;)

- i thought the backing vocals sounded like they were out in the canteen. look at your selected reverb(s) and bring them into the room. they were too detached, i thought.

- i think you also need to watch the higher frequencies....you have way too much on the top here and my ears are feeling sore from it. maybe explore low pass filtering and check how your mix sounds against some appropriate reference material.
