Diesel 13: "Roar"
#1
Very cool track. Nicely designed.

Kind of a first run through mix...will likely revisit this.

Adding a "b" mix 9/28/2019 @ 2:27pm

Adding a lunch hour "touch up"  - "c" mix 10/2/2019 12:47pm

"e" mix - Finally gave this bad boy some due diligence. Very cool, well put together track. 10/11/2021

Also, any track with a banjo gets extra points !

I like it. It's a fairly intimate, small (in a good way) sound. I think the vocals could come back in the mix overall. I think it'd help gel everything together.

Thanks for giving it a listen... It was a bit dry... so probably while you were listening, I did another pass with the reverb return kicked up quite a bit more..which should tend to glue things together more (maybe even bigger it up a bit ;-) ) but ...the vocals are probably still quite out front... Likely, I will go back and tweak some stuff.

I think this is a very well executed and clean mix (b version). I agree with Roy that the vocals (Lead and BGVs) could be pulled back, aswell as the bass in my opinon.

Cheers,
