Thanks! Wasn't this track originally recorded to tape already? I'd make it sound more like a 70's track if I was more familliar with 70's music lol

Btw. now that I listen to it again, don't the kick and snare sound a bit boxy and muddy in the low mids?

Hi!

Your mix has nice balance and overall sound. You've highlighted the guitars. Like many others 70's rock songs, i think this music has a great Hammond (organ) line, but it got almost suppressed in your mix. Maybe it would be valid as a production choice, but i would not waste that great playing.

I've highlighted the organ in my mix, that's why you've heard some muddiness in my guitar's sound. I think it's difficult to place these instruments in a mix due to the nearby competing hi-mid frequencies (guit + organ)...
