Not Bad...
Maybe the guitars can complement better if you bring them up a bit, also possibly pan them wider.
Drums sound a bit "in your face" compared to everything.
I like that you respected the dynamics of the song, it suits it. Maybe the vocals are to dynamic though, and pop out here and there... If you compress the vocals more, so they will sit better, and automate to get the dynamics back.
Overall its not bad at all, great job!

Letifer makes some good points. I think your mix may also benefit with some added environment which give the instruments and voices a better place to sit.
