I have about 2-3 years of mixing experience looking to improve further on Cambridge.
I took a bit more time on this mix than I usually do. I went for a heavier sound.
The original guitars were removed and an amp sim was added to the DIs. I added some chorus to the lead track. I made the effort to further time align the GTR doubles.
The kick, snare, and toms were all sample replaced.
Melodyne was used on the vox, but I gotta say, the girl can sing pretty well on pitch since the melodyne wasn't too helpful except for maybe a note or two. I used Vocalign on the vox double as well as backgrounds where applicable.
I did not do too much mastering other than a hint of corrective EQ and a light limiter.
