A good mix in terms of the elements. But the sum is not better than the parts.

Initial thoughts on why:

I find the kick drum a little overbearing; it tends to rob the base of its place in the mix. To echo another comment, while a number of the treatments on individual instruments and vocals are good they don't quite come together in a cohesive whole.

I'd look particularly at the piano, bkgnd vocals, and guitars and whether they can sit better in the same acoustic space (front to back, particularly). Probably not a great deal that needs to change, but I think it would take the mix to the next level.
