It sounds very polished; you've been very thoughtful about EQ. The effects choices are great.
For this genre of music, it's important for the track to sound like one is hearing a real band play. To get an authentic sound with indie rock, it needs to sound like real instruments. Your snare sample is not really blended in; it sounds fake. I know that the original snare was uninspiring, but the sample is a bit out of place. Maybe eq it and blend it with the original snare more. Otherwise, sounds good.
