So this was a fun song, with lots of little hidden artifacts / gems from the recording.
The first thing I noticed was the lousy drum-set. Good drummer, but pretty terrible sound. Fixing some phase issues helped a lot.
The snare was unbelievable bad for such a "snare-driven" song, so I had to put on a much wider "in your face" type of snare. I also feel that I got a good punch from the kick.
Pretty fun song to be honest!
