I'm Alright - First post

Hi all,

First post here and I will start with a bit of a background.
I used to be in the industry semi-professionally about 20 years ago doing FOH, recording, mixing, DJing etc, but couldn't make the career out of it and had to quit. Now, in a bit of spare time, I decided to check out where the space has gotten to and was glad to find this site.

Please comment on the mix, I had to do it in headphones unfortunately, so balance is likely to be off.

Nice mix! I really like it! (Mix 2)
A few things i was thinking of:
Snare is a little boring, it could need some more pop and smack in your face from high mid to high frequencies.
For volume i would lower vocals and percussion (not drums). Also i think your mix would really benefit if you raised the electric guitar and made it have a bigger part of the song.
Great job otherwise! Keep it up!
