Hey Red

I really like the drums and bass, sound good!
a few things
The vocals could be pulled back a bit, they sit out front a bit too much

I'd pull the reverb back on the Lead guitar or try a different verb that lets the guitar sit up front.

The mix sounds very mono everything is sitting on top of one another, Id pan the guitars L and R. Try panning the acoustic maybe 50 L and the Lead a little L and the electric rhythm G 50 R for a starting point then play with it.
Also you could find a spot to separate the horns too. The organ is fine.
The only things I usually leave center are Lead vocal, Bass Guitar, Kick drum and snare and some stereo tracks (not always depends on the song).

The snare sounds great and you panned the toms nicely, Vocal tone is nice too

Keep up the good work, you have a good start on this one.

I really appreciate your notes, for vocal i'll try to pull back a bit...

I think i'll pan too much Big Grin, but probably no... in the next version i put attention on this aspect.

I'm sure to do a better version with your advice...!
