Just discovered this sight, and absolutely love what's being done here. I liked the tone of this song so much, I wanted to take a stab at it. Any feedback is appreciated. My primary challenge here was actually the kick... as it was very quiet in most areas, and picked up heavily during the choruses. The mic bleed on the remaining percussion was also a challenging, so I played a lot of with the space, gating, and EQ to better balance it out. I still feel the initial hi hat is very strong when the first lyrics come in.
