Let's all sue whatever band plays a "beat it" by Michael Jackson drum loop.... Oh wait, that's only about 100 thousand bands lol.
Drums are something that will always sound similar in many bands. Why would a loop be an issue. I'd be worried if there is a guitar part or a lyric that is exactly like the original.
Having said that I have several multitracks that were leaked . As long as I am not lucrating with it this shouldn't be a concern. This website is very clear about being based as a non lucrative site.
I would say take a chill pill my friend. It's no big deal.
