Like you said, it is rather harsh. Lots of high mids or something? And I would like to hear much more of the bass and kick in this song.
Have another go! Do you listen to your mix on several speakers/headphones/earbuds/monitors? Maybe that would help to get an idea of the sound of your mix. (I have to confess that I do that myself only now and then.)
