Nice open sounding mix Don ! I'm wondering how you dealt with the distorted guitars ( from 4.08 onward ) they sound very "fizzy" to me. I assuming you made them this way to cut through the mix. I had trouble fitting them in to my mix and wasn't quite happy with my results.

Thanks for having a listen ,actually the distorted guitars at 4.08 are Guitar 4 mic 1 and 2 which also play in the intro also are hard panned left and right ,I just rolled off below 500 and boosted 5k 2db with a transient designer to tame the printed reverb and more attack mainly to fit in the intro ,but happened to also cut through at 4.08 which was an accident but need to come down a touch !

Not had a go at this yet but sounds like a pretty good mix mate .I think it starts falling apart at 407 it should be getting stronger but gets weaker I think

Hi! The leadish guitar parts seem very strong in the upper mids (I'd say centering around 3k). Maybe that's the fizziness? Other than that, it has the quaranteed 'thedon clarity and separation' sound. There's going to be a lot of automation work ahead, if you're planning on improving the sound. ^_^

Great balances and clarity, but those cymbals are a bit ear-piercing!
