Sounds good! The constant ringing at around 6k from drums is a bit distracting, but I like the punchy snare. ^_^

I thought the snare was very thin and a bit out of phase sounding

Thanks for having a listen ,I think the constant ringing is or exaggerated by the tail of the reverb in the snare ,I will sort that out.

Very good, my favorite so far.

If you plan to open this, maybe guitar could use some special help. For example in the intro guitar feels a bit suffocated. Somehow it’s totally dry but still far away. Well, I do hear that there’s a tail, but still the feeling is dry.

Thanks for having a listen Olli ,
you are correct ,I had a hard time trying to tame the distortion on the guitars so left level very low !
Version 2 coming soon !

I like your direction with this one Don. The forwardness of the keys works really well. The mix is very "mono" which really doesn't seem to be that big of an issue, but maybe you can open it out a bit.

On my earbuds it sounds promising
I like the snare and wonder if the interaktion piano drum guitar could be the problem
Piano wins as is
Maybe listen Michael Franks and Al Jarreau as they have similar style this and lvls and eq to my ears
Especially Al`s Electric piano is great
Cheers Don
Old ears, old gear, little boy inside love music and sounds and my wife, not necessarily in that order

Thanks For having A Listen Niels ,
I agree about more balance with the guitar and piano , The Piano is jumping out and needs more work .
I will have a listen to the reference tracks you suggested .
Thanks !
