Ballance is Ok. vocals could be a little louder
For your first mix is great, nothing is over compressd.
Bass is all over the place. use more compression on bass guitar. And also its a little dry. put reverb on acustic guitars and vocals (but not too much)
that is my opinion

I would take a look at the drums first: processing them to be tighter and with less room, and more spot mics. If I recall from this mix (and it's going back a bit) I needed a fair degree of compression and processing to have the drums and base sit right.

The lead vocal also sounds a little distant and low in level.

You have a variety of other parts in the arrangement that can fill out the midrange; to taste as there are many options there. Right now it sounds a little to much to be just drums+vocal, and the other elements are not present where they should be in the mix.
