µ - Too Bright

Lots os FabFilter Saturn and Timeless on this one. Any good?
I'd very much appreciate your comments.

I feel a bit over the top on FX level. I do like the fx choices. There is some mix pumping that I am not liking in the verse. First Hook has some balls verse after dead bass and bass drum have some clashing going on. over all I think there may be too much mids giving a harshness or maybe I was just listening too loud. I have to ride the volume knob on this mix.

Thanks Very much for the comment! I agree, there might be a little bit too much FX going on.
By too much mids you mean somenthing around 1 to 3k or in general too much mids?
The mix in general is pretty bright so it might be it. The vocals especially are extremely (too - pun not intended) bright (effects on them) so it could be really harsh in that case.
And yeah, the second verse is dead indeed.

Maybe even higher 3-10.
It could be too much there or too little in the lower mids.

Yeah, I'm guessing that would be the effects on the vocals. I did this mix a while ago and I noticed they are too bright but only had the mp3 file. Thanks for the comment on other things, really appreciated!
