Hey Yoshi!

Here are some things that come to my mind when listening to your mix:

1. The drums sound overly compressed, up to unpleasant distortion, especially the snare. And I think you turned the room mic and the overheads off. Thats missing glue!

2. Backup vocals are too present, at most times even louder than the lead vocals. Also a little too wet for my taste.

3. The guitars could be a little more present.

4. The synths are also too loud at times.

I'd start doing a rough mix of all the instruments first and then adjust the gain in your plugins so they don't mess up your rough mix. Especially with the compressors!
