Hey Simon ,
Love your mix ,the guitar in the intro sounds great .
Thinking the snare could have ha touch more punch in the 200 area and a touch more 3k up air.
The effects not sure if taming some stereo reverb or delay in the side channels as maybe taking away some focus on the drums in the centre ?

Just some thoughts and inspired to have another try too !

Hey Don,

Thanks man. The snare was one of those things I couldn't decide on; too bright; too loud; too soft; too dull. I think I tried it each way. Funny thing is that my last eq move was adding 200Hz so i must have being going in the right directionSmile

You're spot on about the FX width too.....It was the first thing I heard when i posted my mix. There's something about posting a mix that all of a sudden one hears all the mistakes! I did think about editing and re-posting but I honestly didn't fancy opening that can of worms at the time but i think it will be top of my list for v2.

Thanks again for listening

Cheers, Simon
