The mix sounds great! Could use the vocals a bit more up front in some of the tracks.

Sounds good sonically, but it seems you overcompressed the mix. If you compare your track with the original version there is no life left in the mix. Balance is nice, but as I said: You need to bring back some movement and excitement. Did you use limiters on all tracks? =)

You also need to check the double bass parts. there is a huge buildup in low end energy that you need to control every time the drummer plays the double bass. there are some tips how to control the kick in DCPs thread of this song.

Yes, i usually dont like upfront vocals so i tend to mix them pretty low.

Hahahah :p, nearly, used it on guitars, bass, vocals and snare. Maybe i saturated the whole mix a bit too much too.
