It sounds really good. I have three minor points.
-The vocals are just slightly harsh. Some de-essing might help.
-The bass in the bridge might be a little loud or just slightly tubby.
-The lead guitar in the outro clashes with the acoustic. They sound like they're panned in the same place. Slightly off to the left. Maybe put the lead opposite of the acoustic.

These are all minor points. It's a great sounding mix.

Cool, but don't overdo it! Ha. They're all minor points. It sounds great as is so I'm mostly nit-picking.
