I'll look at those issues though I find that the prechorus feels quite cool as it is – it's actually the hook of the song IMO. I agree with the drop in energy feel in the chorus, especially the second chorus. On the first one it's not so obvious because of the break before. It's a bit tricky to get that right but I know what you mean. Perhaps I have to do something with the lowend there too.

I'm not sure about the vocals at 12k. Is it already to much?

I don't mind the eq on the vocal. It doesn't feel like too much.
