I have heard a big improvement in your mixes of late so keep up the good workWink
I think it would sound better for ballace if you panned the piano full left and full right

I liked takka's suggestion about the piano panning in this song so I re-panned the whole song and worked on the bass guitar a bit.

It is a good mix,i would take the acoustic down a little bit now and maybe the vocs just a very little bit too
